2008/09/26 04:57, Waco:   I know I have the same ob with orkish shortbow and with dbs. Since I didn't want to lose parrybonus, I didn't get the bow. Wielding the hammer with str 10 didn't sound like a good idea either. It was fun fight tho, and yes, the fight of manaless mages took about 5 minutes.

2008/09/26 06:42, Pätt:     True, could let bn hit. But didnt know Waco manaless. 1 block, 1 fireball, 1 bolt. Thought he have atleast 2 fireball mana. So, i shoot fast, when elf cant move, hoping armour drops, bn casts 2 fireball and free eq. But.. uhh-ohh... waco was manaless.

2008/09/26 07:27, Fragir:   As far as I know successful escape only cancels delayed actions entered without a target. If elf spamed 'mm *orc*', escape woudn't change anything. Telessar is right that Patt should have used fang in this case.

2008/09/26 16:09, Grimble:     You can tell he wasn't spamming mm *orc* since he had to cancel 20 or so of them to cast a bolt on the bn after orc died. If he had been spamming mm *orc* you wouldn't see him begin incantations all those times since he would be getting the message 'Noone by that name here' and wasting 1 mana per attempt. He must have been sitting on a magic missile hotkey or just spamming the crap out of it heh.

2008/09/30 10:30, Fragir:   If I remember it right wnoc assassin is using 'escape dir', so he leaves room insta after escape (not sure if you can see it, but he is not in the room after he escapes, thats why it cancels spells). But for example when you fight MA in picked room, you can just spam 'bash master' and bash lands even after escape (you just loose parry-split this way unless it spamhits)
