okay i was really bored and logged my evil puke Fax
just wanna quake some in fornost and get some re-eq cash
i killed some guards and walk into "The Prison" and it popped ....
doors closed .. but i have key .. oh no .. oh wrong 1 .. oh theres no key

Killing individual mobs is not the behaviour objected to: it was the wiping out of whole towns that was forbidden. If he cleared Fornost, then he's just landed himself in it. If not, he's got nothing to worry about (other than being hunted down by a posse of good-aligned players -- sure, that's likely to happen...)
