2003/04/30 15:26, Vecna:
Hehe!

2003/04/30 15:31, Gray:
Are you bns not just evil, but also evil mean liars? ;P

Still, 1 prac (2 in case of bn) in nightvision helps!

2003/04/30 15:46, Kalkano:
Night vision works in fog?

2003/04/30 15:57, Naga:
Awa/night vision let's you see mobs/players in dark and in fog

2003/04/30 16:06, Ilwin:
this is TOOO funny.... 5 stars !

btw, title ==>siil udus<== ROFL.

2003/04/30 16:12, Gena:
hahaha.

95% awareness dont help in fog and imho night vision too.

2003/04/30 17:11, Razoor:
You shoulda led him to warrens! :)

2003/04/30 17:30, Ringmir:
lol, reminds me of the first time i encountered someone from the 'other-side'

it was *Ragface the Black Numenorean' and i asked him to group with me resulting in a level 11 eating a fireball and a quick death

2003/04/30 17:32, Jocke:
Someone is resting here. ## hmm, mob or player?

Somone is allways a player.

95% awareness dont help in fog and imho night vision too.

Yes it does. Night vision makes you see mobs and players in fog in the same way as orcs and trolls and it has been like that for years. That's the only reason all of my casters have 1 prac in night vision.

2003/04/30 17:46, Naga:
Mobs can be Someone too I thought

2003/04/30 18:26, Arthefin:
Yes, I've encountered <Someone> few times in tbad sewers , with darkness and maxawareness, and it was mob thieves or the like...

2003/04/30 18:28, Uther:
LOL! Evil, very evil...

He asked to be led into Rivendell though, not Mandos :p

2003/04/30 18:33, Jocke:

Resting?

2003/04/30 18:52, Codac:
*smile* SUPERB-LOG
ok it was a interresting fog-meeting for me too,
because i am heading rivendell and on the way i recognice 'oh i am not cirizen there'
ok i passed lb and ford enter the NICE FOG and realize that i have only 25 mps left!
so i start to narrate that someone in rivendell let me in and bob me :)
ok after a couple of ticks someone arrived on something.
and then my little bear-brain started to think...
and after i nod for bob told my name and typed if 'he (faceless:) could lead me into rivendell' i think about would shopuld i do if he is darkie?!?!?
but this problem solved faceless with a fireball :))
nice that faceless loged it !

MFG
codac

and sorry for my sucky english i hope you understand it, and some advices to gray and the other awarness and nightvison freaks
:) i can say with my small knowledge of mume, that against fog helps nothing!

2003/04/30 18:59, Jocke:

Your knowledge of mume is indeed small then. It helps. (unless there was a change within the last few weeks, wich I doubt)

2003/04/30 22:00, Gray:
This guy probably means that he still can't see exits in fog even with nightvision. Still, it helps to see mobs/players - which is more important than exits!

2003/04/30 22:02, Jocke:
YOu should know where the exits are anyway. No need to see them.

2003/04/30 23:05, Björn:
You're really mean when you kill him.

2003/05/01 01:27, Äpu:
Great log :)

2003/05/01 01:31, Eolo:
I got 105% awareness... and helps a bunch in fog...
You just don't see directions... that's when area knowledge helps a bunch.

2003/05/01 11:17, Durcano:
Jocke, ur wrong there :p
someone resting in moors is pretty often a mob
(ever thought about mount who rests to gain mvs, when someone dismount's to seek(yes you can seek w/o dismounting, but some
ppl lead 1st(dont ask me why), then seek)

2003/05/01 11:54, Conspiracy:
Mean, but thats the deal with bns! Comf on puke tho! :D

2003/05/01 12:20, Alantir:
A resting mount is hardly a 'someone' right?

Common misconception that nightvision has the same effect as a lantern... that's not the case, it only enables you to see mobs and players names instead of 'something', roomnames and exits are still dark though.

2003/05/01 13:02, Jocke:

Ehe.. only wargs rest when they are tired, not horses. As far as i know only horse riders can enter rivendell and not warg riders. Your whole theory comes to a fault. :)

2003/05/01 13:02, Jocke:
Besides as Alantir said, a resting mount is never a somone.

I dont wanna say you are wrong, but ... you are :p
because I was riding docile horse yesterday, and fucker
rested always, when i dismounted/led him.

so some horses rest also, when they get tired ;)

2003/05/01 20:12, Gaulgon:
LOL, very funny log, Hehe. 5 stars Ho!

2003/05/01 21:08, Jocke:
Yes Durcano, docile horses act in the same way, but thats it. No other horses rests. Besides, the only ones riding dicile horses are BN's in eregion. You are still out in the blue. :)

2003/05/01 21:24, Durcano:
giggle! i have seen pukes riding em in moors! :P

peace! :)

2003/05/01 21:27, Jocke:
Peace! :)

2003/05/02 10:57, Geb:
